I have an issue with a partition and although the software has recovered something, I still do not have access to the data. What can I do?

We would like to see the Master Boot Record (MBR) and partition's Primary Boot Sectors (PBS) before advising you on the next steps to take. Please click File->Save hardware info, from the menu bar and send us the resulting (HW-INFO.XML) file. Along with sending us this file, please identify which drive number (according to our software when the test file is made) is having the problem. A brief description of HOW the data was lost, a screenshot (if possible), and the diagnostics file are very helpful to us. We can analyze this information and get back to you with a proper course of action to correct the data corruption.
