Error: BAD_POOL_CALLER

This problem is observed on, but not limited to newer model Dell Laptops. 

If you are using Active@ KillDisk on Windows 10 and are getting the following error:

"Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. You can restart.
stop code: BAD_POOL_CALLER"

This issue can be resolved by going into your systems Bios and changing the SATA drive setting from "RAID" to "AHCI".

This will allow the system to wipe or erase any connected drive without encountering this error.
