When trying to activate any full version of software sold by LSoft Technologies Inc., the user may encounter the message: "Error: Exceeded number of activations allowed" when inputting their license key.
This error occurs if the user tries to activate their license when it is active on a different machine. In rare cases, the software may think it is on a different machine after an OS update and may throw the error.
To unlock your license, deactivate your license from any machines it may have been installed on. If there is no way to access a machine with the license installed on it, log into your client profile found on https://secure.lsoft.net/clients/ and request deactivation of your license OR call a technical support representative with your Order ID ready to request a deactivation at +1(877) 403-8082.
