How do you prepare a hardware test file? Why is it needed?

A hardware test file - is a file that contains current machine configuration and HDD partitioning information. It helps the support team identify hardware and software problems.

To create it - go to the menu [F9] and from the File menu choose 'Save Hardware Info', or press [Ctrl]+[H].

If you have a technical issue with our software, our support team will usually ask you for a hardware file to start troubleshooting the issue.
