I see the Active@ Partition/File Recovery splash screen appear but then nothing happens? Why is the software not loading?

This may occur if you are not logged in as an Administrator or equivalent on the system. Login as an Administrator or equivalent and try again.

It may also occur if there are physically damaged drives attached to the system. If you wait a while, the software should then appear.

Sometimes the disks may be damaged too much for the software to read, and it will hang permanently.
